Vikings Baseball Represented at NAIA National Tournament

Vikings Baseball has two former players participating in this weeks NAIA National Championship Tournament.  Easton Withers and Brett Schreiner both graduated from Barstow CC in 2016.  Withers plays Right Field for the University of Antelope Valley while Schreiner is a Shortstop for the University Jamestown.

The University of Antelope Valley earned a 4-seed in the Bellevue regional in Omaha, NE and Jamestown is a 4-seed in the Hutchinson bracket.  

The University of Antelope Valley (37-16) defeated Judson in the opening round.  Withers had two hits in the contest including a Home Run and a double.  Easton also scored the winning run in their 14-9 win.
